Our Nitrogen Gas Plant works on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. Atmospheric Air is compressed and pressurized by compressor, dried in air dryer, passes through nitrogen tower which is carbon Molecular sieve (CMS) bed. The molecules of oxygen, moisture & other unwanted gases are adsorbed on surface of CMS as size of oxygen is smaller than Nitrogen. The Nitrogen which is not adsorbed by CMS comes out of adsorption tower and is collected in a surge vessel.
Our PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant are of high quality, low capital and running cost, low maintenance cost, reliable, durable and user friendly. They are fully automatic, self contained and ready to install, low start up time 10-15 minutes. Capacity Of Nitrogen Gas Plant is available from 2 Nm3/hr to 1000 Nm3/hr at Discharge Pressure range from 5 Kg/ Cm2 to 7.5 Kg/cm2, Higher Pressure is available with BOOSTER for 30 Kg/cm2 and 150 Kg/cm2. The plant is skid mounted and can be operated through PLC.

MS Model – PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant
We are Fabricator/manufactures and exporter of MS Model – PSA Gas Plant. This model is widely used by industry for different applications. It is most popular model of Nitrogen Gas Plants. MS Model – PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant consists of twin tower, both tower is filled with CMS, at a time one tower keeps in production cycle and other in regeneration cycle. The two towers are interconnected with auto change over valves controlled by a sequence programmer. When one tower saturates with oxygen the process automatically changes over to another tower and thus the nitrogen production is continuous.MS Model is the simplest to produce nitrogen of purity in range from 95% to 99% purity. However, if carbon molecular sieves quantity is increased, even 99.999% purity nitrogen can be produced from this model. But running cost would be higher in case of higher purity. Thus, this model is recommended for purity up to 99 %.

DX Model – PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant
We are Fabricator/manufactures and exporter of DX Model – PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant. This model produces Nitrogen gas with Purity of 99.9998 %, oxygen less than 1 PPM and hydrogen content is 0.5 to 1 %. In DX –Model of PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant palladium deoxo reactor and Gas Drying Unit is added to achieve purity of Nitrogen .Hydrogen percentage of 0.5-1 % acts as reducing constituents for heat treatment. So DX Model is desirable for heat treatment and some of furnaces. This model is more popular for Heat treatment application and metallurgical industries for providing oxygen free Nitrogen.

CU-DX Model – PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant
We are fabricator/manufacturers & exporters of Cu-DX model-High Quality PSA Nitrogen Gas Plant. Cu-DX Model- Nitrogen Gas Plant contains an extra nitrogen purification module based on copper deoxo catalyst. This model produces very high purity Nitrogen gas, hydrogen is zero i.e Nitrogen gas free from Oxygen and Hydrogen. Nitrogen gas of purity of 99.9999 % (1 PPM) is achieved though our Cu-DX model. Very pure Nitrogen (Hydrogen free) is desirable for Electronics part, synthetic fiber and a few automotive processes, so Cu-DX model is fit for the same. Running cost of this unit is slightly higher because it produces very pure nitrogen gas i.e free from oxygen and hydrogen as well.
